EHSAL Dubai Campus was among the first international universities that offered MBA Degree in Dubai. In 2006 we started our operation with an MBA Degree, the BBA followed half a year later. The MBA programs have been a great success, and our first students have already graduated and received their degrees in Brussels.

STRONG BUSINESS ORIENTATION AND INTERACTIVE TEACHING
EHSAL has a strong teaching tradition of learning by doing. This credo is more greatly reflected in the MBA than in any other programmes. First, the programme aims at building bridges to real business life. A number of guest speakers from different companies are invited to share their experiences in class. Students have the chance to be confronted with business reality during numerous field trips to a variety of enterprises ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations.

The MBA regularly invites students to take the manager's seat during simulation games. Students work out case studies taken directly from business life. The integrated Management Project is the pinnacle of the programme, as it challenges students to integrate knowledge acquired during the courses and apply it to real-life business situations. This way of teaching is highly interactive: it actively involves students and puts a heavy emphasis on applicability.

PERSONAL AND MANAGERIAL SKILLS
In business administration the personal skills of a manager are of utmost importance. This is why EHSAL has opted to spend considerable time on the development of managerial skills and competencies. The classes in Business English teach the students communication skills such as negotiating, giving presentations, writing reports and holding meetings. Highly interactive Master classes focus on the development of specific managerial skills such as social skills, leadership skills and teambuilding. Intercultural communication is considered a vital tool for today's global business environment, Acknowledging this, EHSAL emphasizes the development of intercultural communication.

Additionally the integrative approach of the programme is conducive to the development of managerial skills. More specifically, the course on Strategic Management aims at integrating the skills acquired in other courses with personal & managerial skills, focusing on the principles of future-oriented strategic and sustainable management.

Degree

Students who pass the exams and complete their management project successfully will be awarded a certificate of Master of Business Administration by European University College Brussels (EHSAL). This is the same degree offered to students in Brussels who have attended the same programme. The graduation ceremony for students in Dubai will be held in Brussels .
